Colorado was hammered by forest fires this year. During the peak of the East Troublesome Fire, we received a call for help. 200 horses from the CLazyU Ranch were in a mandatory evacuation zone and needed evacuation. Time was of the essence. Upon receiving the call, Ford, Running Iron’s CFO, lept into action. He martialed resources at hand to drive into the chaos and assist the equestrians in need.
